Celcon BHS AS is supplier of dispensing equipment for beer and soft drinks, primarily for the Norwegian market, and jointly with Micro Matic the company can now offer full solutions for the beverage industry as the biggest supplier in Norway.

In addition to dispensing equipment for beer and soft drinks, Celcon is offering a comprehensive range of filter coffee machines and exclusive espresso machines as well as cash registers and control systems for the horeca markets.

Celcon BHS AS was founded in 1995 by Erling Watz and Anders Gustafson. With Erling Watz as managing director, the company has built up a position as leading supplier of dispensing equipment for the beverage industry in Norway. The company is situated in Oslo and employs 7 persons.

This acquisition is a natural consequence of Micro Matic’s business strategy, and it will result in a significant strengthening of Micro Matic’s position in the Nordic market.

Also in future Celcon BHS AS will be managed by Erling Watz, Director, who will report to Alen Glavak, Director of MM Service Center AB, Varberg in Sweden, who is responsible for Micro Matic’s total Nordic activities.
