Micro Matic A/S is the global market leader within development and production of equipment for the dispensing of draft beer and other beverages.
Our company delivers innovative, high-quality products to breweries and outlets, across the globe. We have factories in 6 countries, sales offices in 13 countries and an extensive network of agents and distributors throughout the world. Micro Matic employs approx. 700 people worldwide, whereof approx. 100 are located in our headquarters in Odense, Denmark.  

Job profile
We are looking for a driven person to play a key role in accelerating growth in new beverages. Starting as soon as possible, you will join our Team, where you will ensure that the global task force for new beverages works in a coordinated manner, delivers on the action plans and support the local actors in various ways when it comes to seeking out new opportunities in the market.
​​​​​​​You will be the glue that binds the team together and ensures that the team has what it needs to succeed. Besides this you will, when the growth curve requires this, put together a best-in-class project management and operations team to assist the local entities with coordinating and executing large scale product rollouts, handle service calls, etc. You will refer to our Global Sales Director.

  • You are efficient and knows how to get things done through team efforts
  • You have experience with working in global environments
  • Your educational background can be within multiple different topics, but you have a proven track record within business development, project management and a sound financial understanding
  • A master's degree, MBA, HD or similar is a plus, but not required
  • Your English is fluent both talking and written
