Key Account Manager

Who are we?
Micro Matic A/S is the global market leader within development and production of equipment for the dispensing of draft beer and other beverages.
Our company delivers innovative, high quality products to breweries and outlets, across the globe. We have factories in 6 countries, sales offices in 13 countries and an extensive network of agents and distributors throughout the world.  We are approximately 800 people, whereof about 75 are located in our head quarters in Odense, Denmark.

Job profile
We are looking for a driven person to play a key role in accelerating growth in new beverages. Starting as soon as possible, you will join our global sales team, where you will assume responsibility of one or more of our global key accounts. You will ensure that the customers expectations to Micro Matic is met and work strategically and in a structured manner to develop and grow the business done with your customers.
You are able to communicate and sell to different stakeholders within the customer organizations and know how to maneuver large companies to get the answers and reach the decisions-makers you need to succeed.
You can work both independently and in a team and knows when to include your support network (technical, operations etc.) at the right time in customer specific projects. You are comfortable with giving presentations and know how to put the right slides together for the right audience. Expected travel time should be up to 50%. You will report to our Global Sales Director.

  • You have experience with working in global environments and with global customer organizations.  
  • Your educational background can be within multiple different topics, but you have a proven track record within business development, project management and a financial understanding
  • Experience and existing network within the brewing industry is a plus.
  • A masters degree, MBA, or similar is a plus, but not required.  
  • Your English is fluent both talking and written. Being able to communicate in additional languages (French, Dutch, Spanish) is a plus.
