marketing manager



Would you like to join Micro Matic at a very exciting time for the company, where you will be key contributor in identifying and unlocking new business opportunities? Do you want to join a small, but fast-moving international team? Do you have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of stakeholder management and hands-on marketing experience? Then you may be the new Marketing Manager at Micro Matic.

In the role as Marketing Manager at Micro Matic you will be responsible for managing the design, implementation and management of marketing communication strategies across Micro Matic. Furthermore the Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring that Micro Matic marketing activities across our sales companies are aligned with global brand direction and messaging.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan, in line with corporate and brand direction, while reflecting local priorities
  • Ensure that Micro Matic shares core marketing automation tools and platforms (CMS,CRM, Digital sales tools, etc.) across the company
  • Create and maintain all off-line marketing materials in line with brand direction
  • Maintain and develop the Micro Matic online presence, including websites, social media, SEO/SEM, e-mail campaigning etc.
  • Ensure that the Micro Matic digital sales tool, MEDIAPRESENTER is always updated, technically and content wise
  • Ensure that Micro Matic participates in relevant trade shows and coordinate execution of events in cooperation with Global Sales and relevant Micro Matic sales companies
  • Maintain and develop global stand guidelines & design
  • Plan and execute product launch activities in close cooperation with Global Sales and local Micro Matic sales companies
  • Lead the central marketing function and coordinate with decentralized local marketing resources
  • Manage Micro Matic trade mark registrations globally (with external legal partner)


WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • A Masters degree within Marketing, Business Administration or Communications
  • Minimum 5 years work experience from similar position, working in an international company
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a diverse team team in more locations
  • Experienced user of Adobe InDesign & Photoshop (experience with Adobe Premiere Pro,Illustrator, and Keyshot 3D rendering software will be an advantage)
  • Experienced user of CMS and PIM systems
  • Prior experience with annual budgetting process, to ensure funds for activities in the upcoming year
  • Ability to set the direction for Marketing on the global level and executing these plans
  • The capability of ensuring alignment with budgets and performance indicators
  • The ability to establish professionel relations on all levels of the organization
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written English
