Airbrake
Micro Matic UKI airbrake tubing has been designed to meet the rigorous needs of the global airbrake market.
Tubing is manufactured with 100% virgin raw materials containing heat and light stabilisers and providing a superior resistance to oil, abrasion and demonstrate excellent chemical resistance. These tubes are recommended for use in the truck and trailer market, buses and other mobile airbrake applications.
Tubing is manufactured to DIN 73378, DIN74324* or ISO 7628 Standards
- Standard airbrake products are manufactured in Polyamide 11 or 12 which are available in HIPHL, PHL & PHLY grades.
- Polyamide 1010 is also available upon request
Diesel
Micro Matic UKI diesel tubing has been designed to meet the rigorous needs of the global diesel market.
Micro Matic UKI have led the way in multi layer tube technology over the past three decades. Our equipment has the capability to produce mono to 5 layer extrusions.
For diesel applications there are mono layer and multi layer solutions available with different operating temperatures.
- Mono layer tubing is manufactured to DIN 73378
- Multi layer tubing is manufactured to DIN 73378 tolerances
- Standard airbrake products are manufactured in Polyamide 11 or 12 which are available in HIPHL, PHL & PHLY grades.
- Polyamide 1010 is also available upon request
Gasoline
Micro Matic UKI gasoline tubing has been designed to meet the rigorous needs of the global gasoline market.
Micro Matic UKI have led the way in multi layer tube technology over the last two decades. Our equipment has capability for mono to 5 layer extrusion.
Micro Matic UKI can offer industry leading constructions or help you to develop specific constructions to your needs. Whether this be special external TPE’s for external coatings for durability and flame spread or inner layers enhancing protection against permeation, Micro Matic UKI can offer you options for your applications.
Solutions are available for standard, high performance and conductive applications at present in constructions utilising PVDF and EVOH.

Coolant
In response to customer and regulatory driven demand which has spurred a move towards restricting road vehicle emissions, Valpar have on offer a range of SCR lines.
Selective catalytic reduction is a process involving a catalyst for the means of converting nitrogen oxides (NOx) into natural components found in the air we breathe. These systems use a reducing agent in order to set off this chemical reaction which is most commonly automotive grade Urea, also known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) / AdBlue.
SCR is one of the most cost and fuel effective methods currently available that help reduce diesel engine emissions. Systems which use a SCR will have an onboard tank containing the reducing agent which are subject to replenishment. The reducing agent is a critical factor in the SCR system and must be present in the tank at all times in order to ensure the continued operation of the vehicle equipment.
Working closely with our customers and raw material suppliers, Valpar have produced SCR coolant lines designed to meet the specifications necessary to deliver DEF/ AdBlue around the SCR system. These lines are available in multi layer polypropylene and sizes are available on request.
Mono and Multi layer Coolant/SCR tubing is manufactured to DIN 73378 tolerances
Micro Matic UKI manufacture a range of mono layer (HIHL) and multi layer tubing (PVDF) for use as standard coolant lines, details of which can be provided on request.
Pneumatic
*Micro Matic UKI pneumatic tubing has been designed to meet the needs of the pneumatic control and air carriage applications.
Tubing is manufactured with 100% virgin raw materials containing heat and light stabilisers and providing a superior resistance to oil, abrasion and demonstrates excellent chemical resistance.
Micro Matic UKI pneumatic tubing can be utilised in ring mains, automation controls, test equipment, air handling units and all other general industrial pneumatic situations.
Tubing is manufactured to DIN 73378, DIN74324* or ISO 7628
- Standard pneumatic products are manufactured in Polyamide 11 or 12 which are available in HIPHL, PHL & PHLY grades.
