Our tubing solutions

Barriermaster Flavourlock

Brewmaster 2 (BAM)

Barriermaster Flavourlock

A high-performance multilayer beverage dispense tube incorporating an exceptional gas and flavour barrier layer.

  • Highly engineered for consistent quality
  • Taint free and ultra-smooth inner layer
  • Practically zero oxygen ingress – ideal for wine dispense
  • Maintains carbonation levels of dispensed product even after long dwell times.
  • Signifcantly low bacterial growth when used for beer dispense - extended cleaning cycles
  • Eliminates cross-contamination of pungent flavours when used in pythons

Brewmaster 2 (BAM)

A multilayer nylon lined tube developed to increase hygiene and product quality within the beer industry.

  • Highly engineered for consistent quality
  • Taint free and ultra-smooth inner layer
  • Low gas permeation and reduced bacterial growth
  • Maintains carbonation levels of dispensed product
  • Available with UV protection for outdoor applications, primarily as a dispense gas line
  • Optionally you can add various stripes

XTRA-FLEXMASTER

Similar to Superflexmaster tubing but even more flexible with all the same performance benefits. Best suited for use where regular flexing is likely to occur.

  • Excellent flexibility – even better than Superflexmaster
  • Ultra-smooth inner layer
  • Taint free
  • Improved hygiene – Reduced line cleaning over MDP

Superflexmaster

This is a two layer tube offering good flexibility and hygiene. Suitable for most cold drinks dispense systems.

  • Good flexibility - better than MDP and EV
  • Ultra-smooth inner layer
  • Taint free
  • Improved hygiene – Reduced line cleaning over MDP

FlavourGuard Ultra

Two-layer tube offering reasonable flexibility , designed and developed for the soft drinks industry

  • Smooth inner layer
  • Taint free
  • Developed for the dispense of strong/ pungent flavours.

MDP (Medium Density Polyethylene)

MDP (Medium Density Polyethylene) is a low cost tubing used for soft drinks and beer dispense applications but is also commonly used for water, carbonated water and water/glycol recirculating cooling lines in pythons can also be used as a dispense gas line.

  • Low Cost
  • Taint Free and reasonably flexible
  • Moderate gas retention
  • Smooth inner surface
  • Option of coloured stripes on the outer surface (Valpar Codemaster)

Barrier-Ultra

Barrier Ultra is a state of the art multi-layer beverage tube. Specially designed for our customers who require consistent quality in their draught systems with high flexibility, good transparency, and incorporating an advanced barrier layer which maintains carbonation of beverages and prevents oxygen ingress. Barrier Ultra also features an ultra-smooth inner layer to greatly extend cleaning cycles.

  • Ultra-Low Gas Permeation (Prevention of CO2 loss and O2 ingress)
  • High transparency & flexibility
  • Multi-layer construction with smooth inner layer
  • Greatly reduced cleaning frequency

T-Guard Plus

Historically, flexible PVC products were manufactured using plasticisers which included phthalates. In recent years this class of material has been identified as having carcinogenic potential as well as generally being hazardous to one’s health. It is for this reason that we designed a new PVC product, T-Guard. T-Guard has been developed using a phthalate free plasticiser, intended to provide our customers with both peace-of-mind, and a product which leaves no room for any compromise in quality.

  • Offers high flexibility and kink resistance
  • Organoleptic testing has shown that T-Guard has a significantly low potential of tainting and imparting notorious ‘plastic’ flavours into beverage as seen with other PVC tubing
  • Braided versions of T-Guard which offer enhanced strength are also available
  • A phthalate free tube which fully conforms to EU regulations

T-Guard Ultra

T-Guard Ultra is designed to combine excellent beverage protection with maximum flexibility. Its dual-layer construction features an ultra-smooth copolymer inner layer and a highly flexible, phthalate-free PVC outer layer, helping to minimise bacterial adhesion while delivering strong kink resistance and reliable performance.

  • Offers maximum flexibility and excellent kink resistance
  • The ultra-smooth inner layer helps minimise bacterial adhesion
  • Organoleptic testing shows a significantly lower potential for tainting and transferring unwanted “plastic” flavours compared with other PVC tubing
  • Phthalate-free and fully compliant with EU regulations
  • Certified according to NSF and EU 10/2011 requirements
  • Suitable for syrup, cask ale and gas applications
  • Delivers reliable performance at temperatures up to 35°C when used with secure barb fittings

Tracecooler

A trace cooler is defined as a section of python that maintains product cooling between the main python and the point of dispense. It normally contains two cooling lines and one or more product line. Lines may be performed to allow the trace cooler to fit into a font or bar counter box. It may also contain fittings to cool the tap and produce condensation.

  • Gives additional product cooling between the python and the tap or point of dispense
  • Maintains product dispense temperature even during periods of low activity
  • Prevents microbial growth in product lines due to lower maintained temperature
  • Tubing within the python can be cabled to allow greater flexibility of the overall python, reducing the minimum bend radius
  • All tubing materials comply with EU Regulation 10/2011 - plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food
  • In compliance with the relevant paragraphs of FDA Code of Regulation, Title 21
  • Trace cooler meets fire classification BS476, Part 7. Class 1
