co-axial




CO-AXIAL

Valpar Micro Matic has the ability to manufacture pythons with co-axial lines. A co-axial line is a product line which has been inserted into a larger cooling line, providing a full contact surface area between the coolant and the product line, giving an exceptionally cold dispense temperature.

FEATURES & BENEFITS:

  • Maximum thermal transfer between coolant and product line, ensuring lowest
    possible dispense temperature.
  • No need for secondary cooling.
  • Exceptionally low dispense temperatures.
  • Lines manufactured to close dimensional tolerances ensuring no leakage of product.
  • A range of specially designed ’push in’ fittings is available.
  • Can be retrofitted to most existing dispense systems.
  • Tubing within the python can be cabled to allow greater flexibility of the overall python, reducing the minimum bend radius.

FLAME RESISTANT/MARINE PYTHON

To conform with additional fire safety regulations onboard marine vessels, Valpar has developed RINA approved Marine Python that delivers the same excellent draft quality as standard taped and Easyfit python. Available in different line configurations and tube sizes to meet customer requirements.

FEATURES & BENEFITS:

  • Classified as fire retardant with low smoke and low fume characteristics.
  • Designed to give maximum thermal transfer between cooling and product lines, ensuring
    lowest possible dispense temperature.
  • Lines manufactured to close dimensional tolerances to suit both internal (barb and clip)
    and ’push in’ fittings.
  • Consistent product performance and fully customisable for individual requirements.
  • Tubing within the python can be cabled to allow greater flexibility of the overall python,
    reducing the minimum bend radius.

  • All tubing materials comply with EU Regulation 10/2011 - plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
  • Also in compliance with the relevant paragraphs of FDA Code of Regulation, Title 21.
  • Python is fire rated to BS476, Part 7, Class 1 (Surface spread of flame).
  • The outer covering (insulation and protective tape) complies with IMO 2010 FTP Code, Parts 2 & 5. The outer covering also has RINA approval.

BACK PYTHON

A back python is used to describe any python configuration which attaches to the source of the product (keg) and typically connects the keg to the cooler – normally a 1+2 python. Back pythons differ from regular pythons in that they will normally contain preformed tubing, keg connectors and potentially other components, dependent on the application.

  • Provides further cooling of product line from the keg to the cooler and main python.
  • Maintains temperature of product even during periods of low activity and prevents microbial growth in product line due to lower maintained temperature.
