Assembling Products
Tracecooler
A trace cooler is defined as a section of python that maintains product cooling between the main python and the point of dispense. It normally contains two cooling lines and one or more product line.
Lines may be performed to allow the trace cooler to fit into a font or bar counter box. It may also contain fittings to cool the tap and produce condensation.
Back python
A back python is used to describe any python configuration which attaches to the source of the product (keg) and typically connects the keg to the cooler – normally a 1+2 python.
Back pythons differ from regular pythons in that they will normally contain preformed tubing, keg connectors and potentially other components, dependent on the application.
COATED INSULATION
For the protection of pipes and assemblies that can only be insulated on site.
Valpar Micro Matic supplies elastomeric insulation with a tough, flexible outer polymer coating that is water resistant and protects against physical damage. The coating is flexible enough to be peeled back to facilitate connections and then re-applied.
INSULATION
Valpar Micro Matic can supply various sizes of insulation in 2m lengths to enhance your system from cold room to point of dispense.
PYTHON CLAMPS
Use python clamps during installation of python to avoid crushing and keep python neat against various surfaces.
Tape
Valpar Micro Matic supplies a variety of tape sizes for topping and tailing, or repair when required.
INSULATING TAPE
With an adhesive back insulating tape is ideal for insulating tubing quickly and effectively.
INSULATING HARD FOAM PARTS
For areas which are difficult to insulate using conventional methods these are moulded in hard polyurethane foam and can be protected by plastic moulded covers.

CUTTERS
Valpar Micro Matic can supply tube cutters, python cutters and coaxial cutters specially designed for use in various applications.
TRUNKING
We can supply plastic trunking to conceal python in areas which need to be kept tidy. It can easily be cut to the required length for each installation.
